DIRECTOR (Infrastructure)
Mr. Hari Singh Shekhawat is a Civil Engineer by profession and has wide ranging experience in execution of large size multi dimensional institutional projects. He was associated with Aayojan Architect from year 1991 to 2000 and was responsible for supervision of all on going projects, leading a team of 8 engineers. Before shifting to Arun Shanti Education Trust in year 2003, He has successfully executed projects of three Engineering Colleges at Tamilnadu, working against all odds in record time. All these three projects were established in the same manner as of PCE, PIET, P-SOM, PGI, PSBM, JIET, JIET SET(G), JIET SOM(G) and the construction schedule was very precise and time bound. With his multi talented strengths of handling manpower and producing output in most efficient manner, he has executed projects of Aayojan School of Architecture and Poornima College of Engineering absolutely as per the schedule. The quality of construction has not been compromised at any level and working with a lot of financial and other constraints has not resulted in sub standard quality of the project.
DIRECTOR (Administration & Finance)
Mr. M.K.M. Shah
was appointed as Chief Finance Officer in September 2006. Prior to assuming his current position, he held the post of Senior Manager (Credit and Foreign Exchange) in Punjab National Bank, the leader nationalized bank in India. He is one of the old associates of Poornima Group of Colleges and providing his expertise to the group since its inception.

Shah is a certified associate of Indian Institute of Bankers. He has contributed in various fields of banking especially to Corporate Finance, Credit Risk Management, Non Performing Assets Management, Foreign Exchange Management, System Management, Human Resource Management (HRM), Management Information System (MIS), Planning & Development, Audit & Review and Quality Circle. He was member of core team to get SWIFT implemented in India. His performance has been rated "Extra Ordinary" by Management of Punjab National Bank.

Shah received his bachelor's degree in Commerce in 1980. He completed his Post Graduation in Social Science in 1982 and Post Graduate Diploma in Labour Laws, Labour Welfare and Personal Management in 1984 with "GOLD MEDAL". He is Certified Associate of Indian Institute of Bankers (CAIIB).
ADVISOR (ALUMNI)
Mrs. Renu Singhi is a Post Graduate in Geography and History and has good understanding of students’ psychology and has great command in counseling and motivating the younger generation. She has been working as Director (HR), Advisor (ALUMNI) and Student Counselor giving result oriented outputs. She has been also involved in organizing events inside & outside campus for variety of purposes, all leading to step-by-step growth of Poornima Group of Colleges. She is also the chairman of WOMEN IN SCIENCE & ENGINEERING.
OSD (Poornima University)
Pushpendra Mudgal – Mr. Mudgal has pursued B. Tech. in Computer Science from Rajasthan Technical University and has one year work experience. He has also undertaken training on SAP ECC6.0 on the Material Management Module. He possesses excellent analytical, managerial and interpersonal skills. He has been dealing with supervisory and administrative assignments at PGC. He is also responsible for organizing many group level functions, events and activities. Presently he is handling the main project of Poornima University.
HEAD (Student Mentorship Programme)
Aditya Sharma – Mr. Sharma has pursued B. Tech. in Electronics & Communication from Rajasthan Technical University and has one year work experience. He has also undergone training on Industrial Automation & Communication Systems. He has been endowed with administrative and management skills of first order. He has been the in charge of various group level activities and functions. He also takes care of the organizational set up and dealings of the admission process.
