Dr. S. M. Seth got his Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering in 1962 from MBM Engg. College, Jodhpur (Jai Narayan Vyas University), Master's degree in 1965 from University of Roorkee and did his Ph.D in 1972 from Victoria University of Manchester. He has served as the faculty of Engineering in University of Jodhpur and University of Roorkee from 1965 to 1976, rising to the position of Associate Professor and Co-coordinator, School of Hydrology. He joined National Institute of Hydrology, Roorkee in 1976 as senior most scientist and became Director in 1993.

During more than 42 years of glorious career, Dr. Seth has made significant contributions as educator, researcher, consultant and administrator. He has widely traveled on technical study tours to more than 22 countries, received many awards and national and international recognition. He brings the charm that can easily inspire one and all and qualities that command respect. He is the member of high power committee, reviewing the safety condition of old Dams of Gujarat. He is also consultant on Dam Safety to various state governments including Rajasthan, M.P., U.P..

Under his stewardship, the Society would march ahead with all vigor on the path of success in all its ventures. He is chairperson of Arun Shanti Education Trust & PJ Foundation also.

Mr. Shashikant Singhi, is B.Arch.(Hons.) from J.J. College of Architecture, Mumbai. He has professional expertise and wide ranging experience in various prestigious assignments for designing and construction of institution, public buildings and industrial houses. Some of them are Maheshwari Public School, Jawahar Nagar, Jaipur. Tagore Public School, Vaishali nagar,, Jaipur, Indian Institute of health Management Research, Sanganer, Jaipur, Aayojan School of Architecture, Jaipur, Jodhpur Institute of Engineering & Technology, Jodhpur, Rani Pet Institute of Engineering & Technology, Tamilnadu and Pallawan Engineering College at Chennai, Bangalore National Highway, Tamilnadu. He was also involved in designing of interiors of Vidhan Sabha, Jaipur, HDFC, Jaipur, which are rated as Mega Projects of their own time. All above institutes are of similar nature as of Poornima College of Engineering and have similar students strength and construction areas.

Mr. Shashikant Singhi, has been actively involved in architecture and project management consultancy since 1985 in Jaipur. He was also involved in major construction projects costing Rs. 200 – 300 lacs individually and was responsible for timely completion of the projects. His experience and understanding of working of education institutions and phase wise development process has helped making Poornima College of Engineering one of the most promising colleges of Rajasthan.

Mr. R. K. Agarwal, a retired IAS Officer, is a post-graduate in Commerce also holding a professional qualification. He has participated in various prestigious training programs including those at LBS Academy of Administration, Mussorie, Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, Administrative Staff College of India, Hyderabad and the Scottish Business School, Strathclyde University, Glasgow (U.K.).

During his long career, Mr. Agarwal has held senior positions in various government departments and economic and industry related organizations, the public sector undertakings and the State Bureau of Public Enterprises in particular. His last assignment was Member (Finance)/Director (Finance & Corporate Affairs) of Rajasthan State Electricity Board/Rajasthan Rajya Vidyut Prasaran Nigam Ltd. He has vast experience of administration as well as enterprise management. During the course of his assignments in Government, his contributions were recognized by Govt. of Rajasthan by award of a Merit Certificate (State level) on Republic Day, 1989 and a Cash Reward with Citation on Independence Day, 1993.

Mr. R. K. Agarwal has been Director on Boards of several companies, in public as well as private sector. Presently, he is Director on the Board of Rajasthan Financial Corporation and Member of Business Advisory Committee of Power Finance Corporation Ltd. (a GOI undertaking). He is Honorary Advisor of Poornima JIET Education Foundation and Poornima Group of Colleges, Jaipur.

Dr. R. P. Rajoria, is B.E. (Mechanical) from MBM Engineering College Jodhpur, ME (Mechanical) from MREC, Jaipur and Ph.D from MNIT Jaipur. He is having 10 years teaching experience and 35 years of industry and research experience. He worked with NEIL, Jaipur and widely traveled throughout the World. He is an expert of Industrial Consultancy and International reorganization and fellowship of HGF & PHF.

Dr. Rakesh Duggal, Director (PGI) did M.Sc in Chemistry in 1970 and Ph. D in 1987 as a Teacher Fellow from University of Rajasthan. He started his teaching career as lecturer at Government College, Kotputli in 1970 and served as faculty in various Government Colleges in Rajasthan for more than three decades. He was Deputy Program Advisor of NSS with Ministry of Youth Affairs & Sports, GOI, New Delhi and State Liaison Officer NSS of Govt. of Rajasthan from 1993 to 2001. Later on, he served as Vice Principal of R. L. Saharia College; Kaladera and as Principal of Govt. Colleges of Behror, Bundi and Raj Rishi College, Alwar from 2002 to 2008. He was Director of Modern Institute of Technology and Research Centre (MITRC), Alwar, before joining PGC. He has 14 papers published/presented in National and International journals/ conferences.

Mr. Manoj Gupta, is B.E. (Electrical) and M.Tech. from Malaviya National Institute of Technology (MNIT), Jaipur in 1996 and 2006 respectively. He is having 14 years experience of Industry and Academic. In Feb.1997 he joined as Electrical Engineer in Pyrites, Phosphates and Chemicals Ltd. (A Govt. of India Undertaking), Sikar, Rajasthan. In 2001, he joined Poornima College of Engineering, Jaipur. Presently, he is working as Campus Director, Poornima Institute of Engineering and Technology, Jaipur and Director, Academics, Poornima Group of Colleges, Jaipur. He is a research scholar in Department of Electrical Engineering of MNIT, Jaipur. His field of interest includes power quality, signal/ image processing, electrical machines and drives.

Dr. Om Prakash Sharma, is B.E. (E&Tc.), ME in Digital communication and Ph.D in communication from MNIT Jaipur. He is having 12 years teaching experience. He is Author/Co-author of many technical papers published in national & international conferences/Journals. He is member of various committees. He is presently Principal of Poornima College of Engineering.

Mr. Ajay Kumar Bansal is B.E. (Electrical Engg.) from MBM Engineering college Jodhpur, DAC from CDAC, Pune , M.Tech (Power Systems) from MNIT, Jaipur and is pursuing Ph.D at MNIT, Jaipur. He is having 10 years of teaching experience. More than 20 technical papers published in national & international conferences and three technical papers in International journals, four books also published. Fields of his expertise includes power electronics, drives, circuit analysis, intelligent control, neural networks and control etc. He is Dean at Poornima Institute of Engineering & Technology.

Dr. Vandana Sharma, is the Dean, Soft Skills (PGC). She is a certified trainer from Thomas International Assessments Ltd. A doctorate in English Literature with experience in Training and Development, during her academic experience of 19 years, Dr. Sharma has imparted training on Soft Skills to undergraduate and postgraduate students of different faculty. As a corporate trainer too, she has organized workshops on Behavioral skills and Communication skills in various corporate houses and educational institutions. Dr. Sharma has carried out research studies in Adult Education and has guided Research projects to management students along with articles and research papers written on Communication Skills, Interpersonal Skills and Literature. Having worked in social development sector under UNICEF, Aga Khan Foundation, ESCAP and MHRD sponsored projects. More than seven research papers published.

Mr. Amish Dugar, Assistant Dean (MBA), is a Fellow Chartered Accountant and also holds Diploma in Information Systems Audit (DISA) from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He holds distinction of securing All India Ranked 28th in C.A.Foundation Exams and second highest marks in Accountancy. He has seven years' teaching experience in field of finance with Security Analysis, Portfolio Management and Financial Derivatives being his areas of expertise.
