Dr. S. M. Seth got his Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering in 1962 from MBM Engineering. College, Jodhpur (Jai Narayan Vyas University), Master’s degree in 1965 from University of Roorkee and did his PhD in 1972 from Victoria University of Manchester. He has served as the faculty of Engineering in University of Jodhpur and University of Roorkee from 1965 to 1976, rising to the position of Associate Professor and Co-coordinator, School of Hydrology. He joined National Institute of Hydrology, Roorkee in 1976 as senior most scientists and became Director in 1993.During more than 45 years of glorious career, Dr. Seth has made significant contributions as educator, researcher, consultant and administrator. He has widely traveled on technical study tours to more than 22 countries, received many awards and national and international recognition. He brings the charm that can easily inspire one and all and qualities that command respect. He is the member of high power committee, reviewing the safety condition of old Dams of Gujarat. He is also consultant on Dam Safety to various state governments including Rajasthan, M.P., and U.P.
Under his stewardship, Poornima Group of Colleges has marched ahead with all vigor on the path of success in all its ventures. He is also the chairman of PJ Foundation.

Mr. R. K. Agarwal, a retired IAS Officer, is a post-graduate in Commerce also holding a professional qualification. He has participated in various prestigious training programs including those at LBS Academy of Administration, Mussorie, Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, Administrative Staff College of India, Hyderabad and the Scottish Business School, Strathclyde University, Glasgow (U.K.).
During his long career, Mr. Agarwal has held senior positions in various government departments and economic and industry related organizations, the public sector undertakings and the State Bureau of Public Enterprises in particular. His last assignment was Member (Finance)/Director (Finance & Corporate Affairs) of Rajasthan State Electricity Board/Rajasthan Rajya Vidyut Prasaran Nigam Ltd. He has vast experience of administration as well as enterprise management. During the course of his assignments in Government, his contributions were recognized by Govt. of Rajasthan by award of a Merit Certificate (State level) on Republic Day, 1989 and a Cash Reward with Citation on Independence Day, 1993.
Mr. R. K. Agarwal has been Director on Boards of several companies, in public as well as private sector. Presently, he is Director on the Board of Rajasthan Financial Corporation and Member of Business Advisory Committee of Power Finance Corporation Ltd. (a GOI undertaking). He is Honorary Advisor of Poornima JIET Education Foundation also.

Mr. Shashikant Singhi is B.Arch. (Honors) from J.J. College of Architecture, Mumbai. He has professional expertise and wide ranging experience in various prestigious assignments for designing and construction of institution, public buildings and industrial houses. Shri. Shashikant Singhi was actively involved in architecture and project management consultancy during 1985-1999 in Jaipur. During this period he was responsible for timely completion of many large sized projects. His experience and understanding of working of educational institutions and its phase wise development process has helped making Poornima Institutions most functionally developed campuses.
From year 2000 he has been associated with Poornima Group of Colleges and has been responsible for planning, development and monitoring of all Poornima Institutions. He has fulfilled diversified needs of the development process including that of finance, approvals, admissions, and human resources development to strike overall satisfaction of all stakeholders.

Dr. Rakesh Duggal did M.Sc. in Chemistry in 1970 and Ph.D in 1987 as a Teacher Fellow from University of Rajasthan. He started his teaching career as lecturer at Government College, Kotputli in 1970 and served as faculty member in various Government Colleges of Rajasthan for more than three decades. He was Deputy Program Advisor of NSS with Ministry of Youth Affairs & Sports, GOI, New Delhi and State Liaison Officer NSS of Govt. of Rajasthan from 1993 to 2001. He served as a vice principal of R L saharia college, Kaladera and Government Colleges of Behror from 2002 to 2003 and Principal of Government Colleges of Behror, Bundi and R.R. College,Alwar from 2003 to 2008. He was Director of Modern Institute of Technology and Research Centre (MITRC), Alwar, before joining Poornima Group of Institutions as Director. He has 14 papers published/presented in National and International journals/conferences.
During last 3 years, Dr. Duggal has been involved in managing Poornima Group of Institutions,Jaipur to bring out hidden talent of the students. He has effectively executed many of Poornima group of Colleges innovations for intellectual growth, technical understanding and management skills of PGI students.Now, Dr. Duggal has been assigned duties of Director of Poornima Group of Institutions.

Mr. Hari Singh Shekhawat, is a Civil Engineer with wide-ranging experience in execution of large size multi dimensional institutional projects. He was associated with Aayojan Architects and was responsible for supervision of all ongoing projects, leading a team of 8 engineers. He has successfully executed projects of three Engineering Colleges at Chennai, working against all odds in record time with very precise and time bound schedule.
With his multi talented strengths of handling manpower and producing output in most efficient manner, he has been able to complete all academic & residential buildings of Poornima Group of Colleges well in time. The quality of construction has been of A Grade and has not been compromised at any level.

Mr. M.K.M. Shah, was appointed as Chief Finance Officer in September 2006. Prior to assuming his current position, he held the post of Senior Manager (Credit and Foreign Exchange) in Punjab National Bank, the leader nationalized bank in India. Shah is also certified associate of Indian Institute of Bankers. He is an expert of Corporate Finance, Credit Risk Management, Non Performing Assets Management, Foreign Exchange Management, System Management, Human Resource Management (HRM), Management Information System (MIS), Planning & Development, Audit & Review and Quality Circle.
He was member of core team to get SWIFT implemented in India. Management of Punjab National Bank has rated his performance “Extra Ordinary”. Shah received his bachelor’s degree in Commerce in 1980 and completed his Post Graduation in Social Science in 1982 and Post Graduate Diploma in Labor Laws, Labor Welfare and Personal Management in 1984 with “GOLD MEDAL”. He is Certified Associate of Indian Institute of Bankers (CAIIB).

Mrs. Renu Singhi, is a Post Graduate in Geography and History and has good understanding of student’s psychology and has great command in counseling and motivating the younger generation. She has been working as Advisor, Poornima Alumni Association and Student Counselor giving result oriented outputs. She has been also involved in organizing events inside & outside campus for variety of purposes, all leading to a gradual growth of Poornima Group of Colleges. She is also the chairman of Women In Science and Engineering (WISE) at PGC.
