• The publication fee includes registration as well as the publication fee. However, the charges for food and accommodation are not included

Registration Process

For Authors

The authors should only initiate the registration process once the paper review process in completed and acceptance is provided for the paper. At least one author should register following these registration steps.

STEP-I

PAPER CORRECTIONS AND FORMATTING:The paper should be corrected as per reviewers' comments/suggestions, and the same should be incorporated in the revised manuscript. The final camera-ready paper should be prepared using the IOP conference series template in .docx format. In addition to this, the reply to the reviewer's comments should be kept ready (in the prescribed format) for uploading. The template can be downloaded from the link below:

ORAL PRESENTATION GUIDELINES FOR PRESENTING AUTHORS

• Only the presenting Author/Co-authorname registered at the time of registration (as a presenter) will be allowed to present during ICSEEGT 2023. Change of presenter name and session will not be entertained
• The presentation should be prepared using the template available on ICSEEGT 2023.The presentation Templates can be downloaded from the download section of the conference website
• The maximum number of slides (including the front slide, list of contents, references, etc.) is limited to only 15. The presenter (only one presenter for a paper) will get 10-12 minutes for the presentation (including a question-and-answer session)
• The presentation file should be named ICSEEGT 2023_Track No_0000,andthefinal presentation slides should be uploaded to google drive by June10, 2023,using the following Link:https://forms.gle/cCtwsF9wwQeQFTfC6
• The virtual presentations will be held on Google meet or MS Teams Platform.Therefore, the authors are requested to make them familiar with these platforms. The detailed presentation schedule will be sent separately via e-mail and will be updated on the conference website shortly
• The offline paper presentations will be held at PCE, Jaipur, India Campus, on June15, 2023. Therefore, the participants coming for offline presentationsmust ensure their conveyance
• The session chairs, organizing team, and technical program committee will grade the presentation concerning novelty, originality, relevance, and another criterion
• A total of Three Certificates of Merit along with a 50% refund on the registration fee will be awarded during the conference, to be devoted to young graduates, Ph.D. and post-PhD students, and young researchers who have carried out significant research work on the conference issues and present their results with a paper, in oral or poster sessions

The submitted papers will be thoroughly analyzed and considered for publication in national and international journals.Therefore, all accepted and presented papers of ICSEEGT 2023 will be submittedto any of the following Journals for publication
