  • Note: 

    1. The publication fee includes registration, and a conference kit, as well as the publication fee. However, accommodation and travelling charges are not included in the registration fee. 
    2. Authors should check their authorship category before fee payment, as once the fee is deposited it will not be refunded under any circumstances.
    3. The organizing committee will not be responsible for any loss due to incorrect transactions and loss of money. 
    4. Indian authors with international affiliations will have to pay a fee, as applicable to international authors.
    5. Authors are requested to keep a record of the transaction, as it is required to submit as proof at the time of the registration process.
    6. Payment receipt will be issued after the conference is over and upon verification of payment received at our end.

  • REGISTRATION PROCESS

    1. The presenting author should register for this conference as per the following procedure: 
    • Step-I Paper Corrections and Formatting: The paper should be corrected as per comments/suggestions given by reviewers and the same should be incorporated in the revised manuscript. The final camera-ready paper should be prepared using the IOP conference series template in .docx format. In addition to this, the reply to the reviewer's comments should be kept ready (in the prescribed format) for uploading. The template can be downloaded from the link below:

    • Step-II Payment of Registration Fee:  The registration fee must be paid through ONLINE mode only. The registration fee details in all respective categories are available on the registration section of the conference website and in the conference brochure. 
    • Step-III Signing Copyright and Originality Certificate: The copyright transfer form and originality certificate should be filled out and signed by the corresponding author. The same can be downloaded from the link below:

    1. The registration process (early bird without late fees) is to be completed by Thursday, July 25, 2024, to avoid late registration charges. Before filling out the online registration form, kindly keep the following documents (in PDF format only) ready for uploading as supporting documents.
    • A copyright transfer & certificate of originality 
    • Fee receipt 
    • ID card of the affiliated institute (any other ID, in case institute ID is not available)
    • Final camera-ready paper (.docx format) as per the IOP conference series template.
