Yes, a domicile certificate of Rajasthan is required; otherwise, you will be considered an out-of-state candidate.

1. Category Certificate (SC/ST/OBC/MBC/EWS/TSP), issued by the competent authority (if applicable).
• For OBC candidates, the certificate must be issued on or after 01/09/2024 is valid.
• A grace period of two years is admissible, provided an undertaking is submitted.
2. Undertaking in the prescribed format is required from OBC/MBC candidates (non-creamy layer), only if availing the grace period.
3. Certificate for Persons with Disabilities (PWD), if applicable.
4. Certificate for Ex-Servicemen, if applicable.

EWS category includes income limits below ₹8 lakh or less, needed documents like an income certificate and rules set by the government for getting EWS benefits.

Yes, You Can Choose Group-PCM.

No, if you are not from Rajasthan, you cannot get a seat in government or government-aided colleges through REAP. Only students who have a Rajasthan domicile (proof of living in Rajasthan) are allowed to take admission in these colleges. If you are from another state, you can apply only for seats in private colleges.

You can get a government or private college based on your marks, rank, and category.

• If you have good marks and high rank, you may get a government college.
• If your marks are less, you may get a private college.
• If you belong to a reserved category (like SC, ST, OBC, EWS), you may have a better chance.
• Only students who are from Rajasthan can get seats in government-aided colleges.
• Students from other states can get admission only in private colleges.

In REAP, you need an income certificate if you are applying for EWS (Economically Weaker Section) or TFWS (Tuition Fee Waiver Scheme).

• This certificate must be made by a government officer like a Tehsildar, SDM, or any authorized officer.

• Yes, you must obtain a Medical Fitness Certificate before admission. Colleges will not provide it.
• You need to get this certificate from a Government Medical Officer (like a Tehsildar or SDM) or an authorized medical practitioner. The certificate should confirm that you are physically and mentally fit for engineering studies. It must be in the official format provided REAP.
• You have to submit this certificate when you report to your allotted college. Without it, your admission may be cancelled.

If you are not selected in three rounds of REAP counselling, you can still take admission in another college, but with some conditions:

1. Direct Admission or Management Quota:
   After REAP rounds, some colleges may have vacant seats. You can contact those colleges directly for admission under management quota or direct admission if available.
2. Other Quota or Counselling:
   Some colleges might participate in other counselling processes or have separate admission procedures. You can check if you are eligible and apply through those.
3. Private Colleges:
   Private colleges often have some seats reserved for direct admission after REAP counselling is over. You can try admission there if government seats are not available.

   • If you get admission outside REAP after three rounds, you cannot participate in further REAP rounds.

Procedure for Filling Online Application cum Registration and College Choice Form for REAP-2025

Step 1: Submit the Application cum Registration Form fee online.

Step 2: Fill in the online Application cum Registration Form along with the College Choice Form.

Step 3: After successful submission, candidates will receive a confirmation email and/or SMS at their registered email ID and mobile number.
