No, if you are not from Rajasthan, you cannot get a seat in government or government-aided colleges through REAP. Only students who have a Rajasthan domicile (proof of living in Rajasthan) are allowed to take admission in these colleges. If you are from another state, you can apply only for seats in private colleges.
