TECHNOVATION 2022 invites different research articles from researchers from various institutions across the world. The conference cum contest shall be conducted for six parallel tracks. Participants can submit their articles in each technical field and the best two papers will be awarded through an evaluation process by the technical review committee. The papers of good quality will be published in ISBN proceedings. Selected good quality papers will be published in Scopus indexed journal with additional charges. This additional charge will depend on the type of journal and article processing fee of the particular journal. The themes for Paper and model are the same.

All the papers should be prepared in accordance with the author's guidelines. Before submitting, the manuscript written should be thoroughly checked for grammatical or typographical errors.

The contest is open for all the submitted papers, however for Scopus Indexed/ UGC approved journal publications, manuscripts similarity score of less than 15% will be required.

The manuscript should not exceed eight pages and must conform to the IEEE dual-column format. The contents/ contributions in the paper should not be disseminated/accepted/published in any journal/journal or conference proceedings, nor should they be in the process of review.

Prospective students of bachelor's, masters and doctoral degrees in engineering and management are invited to submit complete papers on the above dissertation/model competition topics.

Awards in each track will be given as;

  1. First Prize - Rs.5100/- (100 USD for International Participants)
  2. Second Prize - Rs.3100/- (50 USD for International Participants)

Applicable for Minimum of 30 registered papers. For less than 30 registrations, there would be only one award as applicable.

Publications;

All registered and presented papers having good originality and significant contributions will be published in Technovation 2022 proceedings with a valid ISBN number.

Based on the peer review, quality assessment, selected papers will be considered for Publication under TAYLOR & FRANCIS GROUP/SCOPUS INDEXED/UGC care listed/DOI indexed Journal(s) with additional charges. The format and fees for such publication shall be separately notified to concerned author.

Authors submitting papers are required to register by paying the registration fees after submissions. Without payment of registration fees, submission will not be processed.

Full Paper Submission Guidelines


The manuscript should be written in English with a maximum paper length of eight pages including tables / diagrams / figures / illustrations/ equations and etc.

  1. After submission of paper in Conference Microsoft Tool Kit (CMT), you will receive an ID that will have to be used for all further communications.
  2. All the papers are eligible for the contests. They will be participating in the contests. Hence, authors are required to register immediately by paying the registration fees. Authors submitting papers are required to register by paying the registration fees after submissions. Without payment of registration fees, submission will not be processed.
  3. All the papers will be processed further. Initial screening will be done by the Technical Program Committee of TECHNOVATION 2022, which includes the scope the conference, plagiarism, organization of the manuscripts, quality of tables / diagrams / figures / illustrations/ equations and etc.
  4. The manuscripts fulfilling above requirements will be assigned to the reviewers.
  5. The outcome of the review process will be notified to the authors.
  6. Accepted papers shall be eligible for presentation in the conference and further in associated journals as notified.
  7. Paper accepted for journals shall be required to pay additional publication charges as well as will be required to submit the final manuscript as per journal requirements.
  8. Schedule of presentation of papers in conference and the contests shall be communicated in advance.
  9. Authors will be required to submit camera-ready paper, copy right form before presentation.
  10. All the papers will be published in the TECHNOVATION- 2022 proceedings except those accepted for journal publication.
  11. Certificate of Participation will be issued to all the participants who register and present the paper.
  12. Authors can communicate with track chairs at following email ids mentioning paper ID as received from Conference Microsoft Tool Kit (CMT).

Contests Assessment Process:

All the submitted papers shall be evaluated for originality and reviewed on the basis of

  • Originality
  • Contributions of Authors
  • Innovation & / or Research with reference to current status
  • Methodology of presentation of research
  • Significance of Outcome & relevance to prior works
  • Similarity Score

Oral Presentations shall be examined by a panel of examiners on the basis of;
