TECHNOVATIONS 2021 invites different research articles from young student researchers from various institutions all over the nation. All the papers should be prepared as per author guidelines. The manuscript written should be thoroughly checked for grammatical or typographical errors before submission. The manuscript should contribute original research ideas, development areas, result analysis, research based findings, etc. Authors should ensure that the similarity score of their research paper is not above 15 %. Manuscripts having a similarity score more than 15 % shall not be processed. The full length original research manuscript should not exceed eight pages and it has to be as per the IEEE double column format. The manuscript should not have been communicated/accepted/published either in any of the journals/magazines or conference proceedings or it is not under review process.

Prospective students of Bachelor, Master and Doctoral degree in Engineering and Management are invited to submit full papers in the mentioned paper/model contests themes.

Paper Submission:

The manuscripts are to be prepared according to IEEE two-column format in A4 size paper. The length of the paper should not exceed 6 pages. The language of the manuscript should be in English.

All the papers should be submitted in PDF format written as per IEEE Format- Link Template file.

Selection Process:

All the submitted papers shall be evaluated for originality and reviewed on the basis of

  • Originality
  • Contributions of Authors
  • Innovation & / or Research with reference to current status
  • Methodology of presentation of research
  • Significance of Outcome & relevance to prior works
All the papers having similarity score less than 15% shall be processed through double blind review by the members on Technical Program Committee. For the papers accepted with minor corrections, authors will be required to incorporate all the corrections and submit the paper by mail to [email protected]

Oral Presentations shall be examined by a panel of examiners on the basis of;

  • Problem Justification
  • Depth of understanding
  • Content Delivery
  • Contributions and Significance of Results
  • Relevance to current research requirements

Oral Presentation:

All the presenters will be required to make an oral presentation in front of a panel of examiners. The authors will prepare their presentations according to requirements of assessment including;

  • Title
  • Author & Affiliation- ID
  • Objective (s)
  • Problem Justification
  • Methodology
  • Results and Discussion
  • Contributions
  • References

There will be 10 minutes presentation and 5 minutes queries by the examiners / audience.

Awards will be given in each track for research paper as;

  • 1. First Prize - Rs.5100/-
  • 2. Second Prize - Rs.3100/-

Applicable for Minimum of 30 accepted papers. For less than 30, there would be only one award as applicable.

Publications;

All the selected papers having good originality and significant contributions shall be published in UGC approved DOI indexed Journal(s)

Selected papers will be published in Scopus indexed or UGC care listed/ DOI indexed Journal.
